        Dr Xinting Jia is Sustainable Investing Strategist based in Melbourne, Australia and works closely with clients across the Asia Pacific region to support sustainable investment strategies and develop bespoke solutions to address their sustainable invesmtent and performance goals. Before joining State Street Investment Management, Xinting worked for a major industry superannuation fund in Australia and led the formation of sustainable investment policy, implementation and stewardship.
        Previously, Xinting was head of Asia for Responsible Investment at Mercer Investments. At Mercer, Xinting advised and helped Asian institutional investors integrate sustainability related factors into their investment processes.
        Xinting holds a PhD in Corporate Governance from Victoria University and an MBA in Finance from Melbourne Business School.
