        Stella DeLucia is a Managing Director and a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Fixed Income Insurance Team at State Street Investment Management. Stella joined State Street Investment Management in 2016 through its acquisition of GE Asset Management (GEAM) and has over 30 years of experience in asset management.

        Stella started managing municipal bond portfolios in 1989 at Alliance Bernstein where she oversaw national and state-specific municipal bond mutual funds. Upon joining General Electric in 1994, she managed total return municipal bond portfolios for multiple insurance clients.

        Stella holds a Master of Business Administration from the Stern School of Business at New York University as well as a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, NY.
