Pia N McCusker

Pia is a Senior Managing Director and the Global Head of Cash Management at State Street Investment Management. In this role, she manages a team of investment professionals, including portfolio managers and credit analysts globally with over $500 billion in assets under management across all Cash strategies. Pia is a member of the firm's Senior Leadership Team and has over 20 years of credit and investments experience. In addition, she chairs State Street Investment Management's Independent Fiduciary Committee and is a member of the North America Valuation Committee, Liquidity Risk Committee, Securities Lending Working Group, and Diversity and Inclusion Council.

Previously, Pia was the Head of Global Credit Research for State Street Investment Management where she led a team of credit analysts who provided global research coverage of the investment-grade corporate, asset-backed markets, financial institutions including banks, broker/dealers, finance companies for short-duration/enhanced cash, securities lending reinvestment and traditional cash portfolios.

Prior to State Street Investment Management, Pia worked in the Structured Products group at State Street Markets and was responsible for originating and structuring domestic and international asset-backed transactions. She joined State Street in 2000.

Pia holds a BA in Economics and in American Studies from Brandeis University, as well as an MS in International Economics and Finance also from Brandeis University.
