In monitoring global retirement realities in 2020, we observed what could be a dawning corporate leadership era, more closely mirroring individual values and needs.
Our 2020 online survey, conducted between May 4 and May 20 and again between December 8, 2020 and January 4, 2021 in conjunction with international data analytics firm YouGov, engaged a total of 7,044 individuals participating in workplace-sponsored savings plans (or the market equivalent) in Australia, Ireland, Netherlands, UK, and US. Surveyed countries are consistent with 2018 and 2019 efforts and represent a range of retirement systems.
By gaining saver sentiment, we’re seeking to further our global goal of making retirement work for people, plans and policymakers in a changing world.
