        Bill is a Vice President of State Street Investment Management and a Senior Equity Research Analyst covering semiconductors and wireless and communications equipment. Bill joined State Street Investment Management in July 2016 through its acquisition of GE Asset Management. He joined GEAM in 2007 as a research analyst.

        Prior to joining GEAM, Bill was a Managing Director, Senior Portfolio Manager and Analyst at International Strategy & Investment, Inc. (ISI). Bill also held Research Analyst positions at Merrill Lynch & Company and Chemical Banking Corporation and has been working in the investment industry since 1989. Bill is a graduate of Williams College with a degree in Economics and earned his MBA in Finance with honors from NYU, Stern School of Business.
