Our Asset Stewardship program is centered on the pursuit of long-term value for our clients’ portfolios through voting at shareholder meetings and engaging with the companies in which we invest on behalf of our clients. Our Asset Stewardship program focuses on three broad principles: effective board oversight, disclosure, and shareholder protection. These principles serve as the foundation for our engagement and voting activities.
