        Aaron Hurd is a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager in the Fixed Income, Cash and Currency group at State Street Investment Management. Before joining in 2004, Aaron was the vice president and a principal of Conifer Capital LLC, where he was primarily responsible for trading and portfolio management for two private investment partnerships. Additionally, Aaron was actively involved in Conifer's product development, research, and marketing efforts.

        Previously, Aaron was a trading assistant in the fixed income group at Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo LLC, and a portfolio / custody accountant at Investors Bank and Trust Co.

        He has been working in the investment management field since 1996. Aaron received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor concentration in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts. He also earned the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification.
