        Jim joined State Street Global Advisors Europe Limited in September 2017 having previously worked with JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle) where he was a Senior Surveyor in their Hotels & Hospitality team. Prior to joining JLL, Jim worked with GVA Donal O Buachalla as a Surveyor in their Commercial Property agency team working across offices, retail and industrial property.

        Jim is a Senior Asset Manager within the State Street Investment Management Real Estate team. His responsibilities include the asset management and strategies of direct real estate holdings as well as the underwriting of potential new acquisitions. Jim has been working in the Real Estate sector in Ireland since 2010 while his role in JLL also involved exposure to the UK and mainland European markets.

        Jim is a Member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and the SCSI (Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland). He graduated from Dublin Institute of Technology in 2012 with a first-class honours Bachelor of Science Surveying Degree.
