        Lower TERs for Japan and Value ETFs

        We are pleased to announce that, effective from 31 January, SPDR will reduce the total expense ratio for the regional and smart beta funds listed below. These changes will allow investors to more cost-effectively1 gain exposure to these strategies, while enjoying the same liquidity and transparency as before.
