Manage Your Investments: Managed Funds

SS&C is the unit registry for all State Street Global Advisors Managed Funds. They’re responsible for keeping track of who is invested in our Managed Funds and communicating about Fund investments. 

To view details on Managed Fund investments on behalf of all your clients, you can login to the MyFunds portal to review the following information:

  • Account and personal details
  • Investment details including current balance and transaction history
  • Account documents to view and download, including transaction confirmation letters, distribution statements and tax documents

If you don’t already have online access to MyFunds please get in touch with our Client Services Team on 1300 382 689 or email managedfundquery@ssga.com.

Making Changes on Behalf of Your Clients

As a financial adviser, you can use the MyFunds portal to view details for all your clients and their Managed Fund holdings with State Street Global Advisors.

To make changes on behalf of clients, you’ll need to use the change of details form to update the following:
  • Contact details – mailing address, email address etc
  • Bank account details for distribution payments
  • Tax status
  • Change of distribution election to reinvest additional units in the Fund(s) or receive as cash

You can scan and email the completed form to SSGA.transactions@unitregistry.com.au or send it by mail
