Description
The Tribune Tower and Bruener Building is a 85,340-square foot building located in the recently renovated central business district of Oakland, California. Originally built in two stages in 1906 and 1922, the renovation was substantially completed in March, 2000. The property is owned by Tribune Towers Investors. The Tuckerman Group loan was sold in April 2003.
