Description
550 West Jackson Boulevard is a 407,097 square foot Class A office development across from Union Station in the Chicago CBD, in which 14 floors comprising 308,456 square feet were added to an existing 4-story, 98,641 square foot office building. Construction of the project commenced in November, 1999 and was completed in June, 2001. The Tuckerman Group loan was repaid in May, 2002.
