Description
The Dearborn Tower is a recently renovated 485,075-square foot former
cold storage warehouse, located in Chicago. Originally built in 1916,
it is now a 317-unit luxury residential condominium building. The renovated
building includes a business center, health club, sun deck, and indoor parking,
as well as retail/commercial space. The renovation was substantially completed
in October 2001 and The Tuckerman Group loan was fully repaid from proceeds of the sale of units.
