Description
Clybourn Galleria is a 312,000 square foot mixed-use project located in the Lincoln Park area of Chicago, Illinois. The property was built in 1913 and 1925 as a manufacturing facility for American Can Corporation. The project now contains retail, self-storage and office space, and was completed in 2003. The Tuckerman Group loan was fully repaid in 2004.
