independently managed company of State Street Global Alliance, LLC. The firm is a jointly owned subsidiary
of State Street Global Advisors and Dutch pension fund, ABP. Its capabilities include direct, private real
estate investments as well as management of public real estate securities portfolios (i.e. REITs). It brings
to its investors decades of considerable investment, development (ground-up and value-added), asset
management, and leasing and capital market experience, reinforced by SSgA's powerful global asset

Direct Investments
The Tuckerman Group seeks to implement carefully targeted, opportunistic

Active Strategy: The Tuckerman Group
has synthesized its extensive public securities and direct real estate
investment experience to craft and prudently manage REIT strategies. Employing
both proprietary quantitative and fundamental real estate and investment
analyses, this methodology is designed to evaluate a specific REIT's underlying
real estate assets and assess its management's ability to profitably grow
the company in the appropriate capital markets environment. This strategy
concentrates on entities that can grow earnings, cash flow and dividends
in excess of their peer averages.
Index Strategy: Leveraging the technological
and trading capabilities of SSgA, the group also has designed a securities
investment product tied to the Wilshire REIT Index. This strategy offers
investors daily pricing, consistent tracking and cost-effective implementation.
