Charitable Asset Management is a specialized group within SSgA, seeks to provide excellence in planned gift investment management, tax, administration and program consulting services for charitable organizations. Established in 1984, Charitable Asset Management is one of the leading financial service providers for planned gifts in the industry.
The group's specialists have on average 12 years of planned gift experience across the various specializations requisite to providing the myriad deliverables required for planned gifts. The group manages in excess of $2 billion in planned gift assets for 180 charitable organizations and their 60,000 donors and income beneficiaries.1 Charitable Asset Management's sole focus is helping SSgA's charitable clients maximize their planned giving programs and manage the risks.
A dedicated relationship team personalizes and customizes the services to meet the distinct requirements of each charitable organization's gift planning program. We seek to provide excellence in tax efficient, risk-managed investments; timely, accurate administration and tax; proactive training and consultative support are our hallmarks. Our dedicated relationship management, tax, investment and operations team become, in effect, an extension of the clients' investment and planned gift offices, relieving them of the investment and administrative responsibilities planned gift programs entail so they can focus on their primary responsibilities for endowment and gift growth. We communicate with clients regularly through in-person meetings, conference calls, newsletters, web reporting, training sessions and an annual customer gift planning conference. (INTR-0043)
