Poland. Our client base is diverse and includes public and corporate pension funds, multinational corporations,
insurance companies, foundations, financial institutions, and religious organisations as well as central banks.
An important segment of our client base includes third party distributors such as fund-of-funds managers,
private banks, e-banks and brokers. We continuously monitor and analyse the fast-changing local and global
investment environment to provide informed advice and capitalise on opportunities often overlooked by other
managers. Together with regular feedback from clients and our own rigorous ongoing research, we formulate and
develop new ideas and products to add value for clients within this dynamic financial landscape.

SSgA in Germany is an integrated part of the worldwide SSgA network. We leverage the
full resources of SSgA in adapting global investment solutions to German and Austrian requirements. SSgA's
global investment network extends into local markets worldwide and enables us to capitalises on new investment
opportunities. We have offices, operations and research capacity in all major markets. The combination of our
size and diverse client base generates cross-trading opportunities and potential cost-savings for our clients.
We provide broad expertise in managing strategies across virtually every asset class, capitalization range,

and can be implemented through segregated or pooled vehicles.

Investment Solutions
We manage a broad range of products for our institutional clients. Our mandates have
grown at a significant pace, and include passive, enhanced and active equity (employing both fundamental and
quantitative approaches), tactical asset allocation and overlay as well as passive and enhanced bonds.
Moreover, SSgA in Germany offers SSgA's full product menu to its German and Austrian clientele, adjusted for
specific regulatory requirements and client needs. Most of our mandates are managed or sub-advised at a
Master-KAG within a "Spezialfonds" on a segregated basis. Alternatively, we manage deposited securities or
offer implementation on the basis of cost efficient pooled vehicles.
