Marc is the Chief Marketing Officer of State Street Global Advisors and an Executive Vice President of State Street Corporation. He oversees the formulation and integration of SSgA's global strategy efforts alongside its client and prospect outreach in the U.S., Canada and Latin America. He is a member of the Executive Management Group, Fiduciary Review Committee and Information Technology Steering Committee. Marc served as Deputy Director of SSgA's International Offices from 1999 to 2004, assisting the growth of SSgA's global business to a leadership position.

Marc joined SSgA in 1999 from State Street Corporation, where he worked for 18 years. In 1989, he established the Investment Manager Services Division, which provided transaction processing and relationship support to the investment managers contracted by State Street's institutional clients. In this role, Marc partnered with many large investment managers to formulate their strategic infrastructure and straight-through processing plans.

Prior to this in 1987, Marc managed State Street's global subcustodian network. He assumed this position after serving a variety of roles in the Global Custody Department and U.S. Master Trust Division.

Marc earned a Bachelors degree in Economic and Governmental Legal Studies from Bowdoin College.

Gregory Chrispin is Managing Director of State Street Global Advisors, Ltd. (Canada). He joined the firm in June 2000 and was previously Chief Investment Officer responsible for the portfolio management function across all asset classes. Prior to joining SSgA, he was a Treasury Officer with Export Development Canada in Ottawa where he was responsible for developing and executing interest rate risk hedging strategies in addition to the evaluation of fixed income structured notes products. He has also worked for Metropolitan Life at the Canadian head office in Ottawa as a Senior Actuarial Analyst in the areas of Pensions Consulting, Asset and Liability Management and with the Corporate Actuarial Group. Gregory has been working in the financial services industry since 1986.

Gregory holds a BS in Mathematics (Actuarial Science) from the University of Montreal; he is also an associate of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries. Gregory earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1995 and is a member of the CFA Institute. He is a member of the Board of CIRANO and serves on fundraising committee of PROMIS, which is a Montreal based charitable organization.

Gregory Chrispin est président et directeur général de Conseillers en gestion globale State Street, Ltée. (Canada). Au service de la firme depuis juin 2000, il occupait auparavant le poste de directeur des placements et, à ce titre, il était responsable des activités de l'équipe de gestion de portefeuille pour toutes les classes d'actifs. Avant son arrivée chez SSgA, M. Chrispin occupait le poste d'agent de trésorerie auprès de la Société pour l'expansion des exportations, à Ottawa. Il était chargé de l'élaboration et de la mise en œuvre de stratégies de couverture du risque de taux d'intérêt, ainsi que de l'évaluation des produits structurés de revenu fixe. Il a également travaillé au siège social canadien de La Métropolitaine, à Ottawa, à titre d'analyste principal en actuariat, affecté aux caisses de retraite, à la gestion de l'actif et du passif, et au groupe actuariel. Il travaille dans le secteur des services financiers depuis 1986.

Titulaire d'un baccalauréat en mathématiques (actuariat) de l'Université de Montréal, M. Chrispin est associé de la Société des actuaires et membre de l'Institut CFA. Il a obtenu la désignation de CFA en 1995. Gregory est un membre du conseil d'administration de CIRANO et siège au comité de levée de fonds de PROMIS, une orgarnisation caritative établie à Montréal.

Bob is the Managing Director, Marketing for State Street Global Advisors Ltd. (Canada). In this role he is responsible for business development, relationship management and consultant relation activities in Canada.

Prior to joining SSgA in 1997, Bob was a Regional Director for an investment management firm in Toronto responsible for business and product development. Prior to that, Bob had a lengthy career with Bankers Trust Company in Toronto and New York as Vice President of Capital Markets, responsible for product and business development for structured investment products. In earlier years with Bankers Trust, Bob managed the company's Corporate Finance function.

Bob holds both a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and an MBA degree from the University of Manitoba.
