Greg is a Senior Managing Director of State Street Global Advisors. Based in London, he is head of SSgA's Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) business and a member of the Executive Management Group. Prior to this role, Greg was responsible for sales and distribution across the EMEA region, as well as operations in Brussels, Italy, and Dubai.
Before transferring to Europe, Greg directed the sales and marketing of SSgA investment strategies offered through financial intermediaries in the United States including SPDR ETFs. Previous positions included managing SSgA's strategic partnerships with national financial services firms and the global development and implementation of exchange traded funds and offshore investment products. Greg was also responsible for State Street Bank's activities in Bermuda and he worked as an operations and organizational development consultant to asset managers. Greg joined State Street in 1993.
Greg has a BA in Economics from Bates College and an MBA from Boston University. He also holds the NASD series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
Benoît is a Senior Managing Director of State Street Global Advisors and a member of SSgA Europe's Executive Committee. He is currently in charge of institutional business in Continental Europe and has 15 years of experience in the industry. He supervises a multicultural team of 75 people located in Amsterdam, Brussels, Germany, Switzerland, France and Italy which serve a client base of 600 clients representing $ 160 billion of assets as at Q3 2009.
Currently based in Brussels, Benoît is a member of SSgA's Senior Management Group. Prior to joining SSgA in 1994, Benoît was a Senior Auditor at Deloitte, Touche, Tomathsu, one of the leading accounting firms, where he was responsible for auditing brokers, banks and various industrial companies.
Benoît holds a BA in Finance and Economics from the HEC in Brussels, a Masters in Taxes from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, and he passed the degree of the European Association of Financial Analysts.
