The Santiago office of SSgA was established in November
1997 with the mission to service existing clients and develop new institutional
business in Latin America. The office is staffed with local client service
professionals. Working with SSgA's investment centers worldwide, the Santiago
team offers a wide array of investment strategies and innovative investment
solutions to clients. Our investment strategies span all asset classes and
the full spectrum of risk and return options. They are available in passive
and active management styles that can be targeted to any benchmark and customized
to specific client requirements. A range of pooled vehicles is available
for a variety of different investors. SSgA in Latin America provides a broad
range of State Street Bank and Trust services.
